I took the weekend off from blogging and did very little spinning as I got caught up in a different project. It’s not ready to share yet as it’s still in proof of concept stage but I’m very excited with the progress.
Today I’m spinning up the grey combed cormo fleece. We had a very busy day with errands and kids needing to be on opposite sides of town for different commitments so I’m enjoying an easy and relaxing spin.
I got great news that my drum carder should ship this week. I might even be able to pick it up on Saturday! I was given a box of acid dyes to see if I like dyeing my wool before I make the leap so expect to see some colorful wool soon too.
