This spinning project basically spun itself right off my wheel. This is from Blue Moon Alpacas on Etsy. 4 ounces of 23 micron merino and sparkle. “Once upon a time” colorway. I’ll measure the yardage after it gets a soak. WPI is currently between a lace and light fingering weight but I expect it to fluff up quite a bit in the wash. There are some areas that were under-plied as well as some over-plied. So I expect that to balance as well in the wash and thwack stage.
I spun this up on my EEW Nano onto 2 2-ounce bobbins and also plied on the nano but it took 3 bobbins to ply. **Edit – ended up with 532 yards of a fingering weight yarn and it was perfectly balanced 🥰 **
